1. First Aid:

Course Fee: Rs.1000/-* (outside Delhi Rs 1500/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 1300/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the course is 5 days, the students will learn basic first aid in heart attack, brain stroke, bleeding, electric shock, fracture, seizures, heat: stroke and exhaustion, frost bite, hypothermia, choking, nose emergency, eye emergency, ear emergency

2. Gym Instructor Course:

Course Fee: Rs. 24500/-* (outside Delhi Rs 26000/-*, Online course through webinar Rs. 35500/-* (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the course is 2 months (1 month training, 1 month internship), the qualification criteria: the person must be at least 10th pass. Knowledge about gym will be added advantage. This course will enable the learner to work as Gym Instructor in the gym where you will not only train the users of the facility but at the same time also educate the users to understand the type of training required by the user and also is trained in basic first aid protocols.

3. Stress Management Workshop:

Course Fee: Rs. 3500/-* (without analysis)(outside Delhi Rs 4500/-*, without analysis, Online course through webinar Rs. 2000/- (for this kindly subscribe IPLG channel)

Duration of the Stress Management workshop is 3 - 4 hours. the minimum batch size is 20 - 25 trainees with analysis and 50 in case of without analysis. It is scientific tool used to clean waste information in brain, this helps in improve sleep and efficiency for a longer period. Repeat workshop shall be conducted after a cooling period of 3 - 4 months for improved effectiveness. Prices of with analysis workshop on request. * Special 2 hours class can also be organised on webinar for Rs. 1000/-

The Introduction

The Institute of Professional Life Guards is one of its kind in the country. The institute has become 1st and only of its kind that has received award for maintaining quality for excellence in the country surpassing all rest institutes / organisation imparting these skills being looked up as a light house. It is the first private institution in the country that offers swimming coaching certification, till date it is only Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports run by the Government of India that certifies the swimming coaches. The difference with the certification, which our institution provides is that we have divided the entire certification in 5 different levels!! These levels starts right from level 1 to 5 i.e. beginners level to Olympic level trainer that is level 5. Currently our institute offers only level 1 and level 2 certification. In the coming time we will also start with the certification of rest of the higher levels. The institution aims at creating a team of professional swimming coaching certified coaches in India so that the speed of producing champions is accelerated. Moreover, today at many places unfortunately the correct skill of basic swimming is also not being imparted in the learners due many reasons. Thereby, it is an effort to improve the level of teaching and learning of swimming in our country. This way swimmer will not only enjoy swimming but they will also gain the maximum benefits of this great exercise. Further, the institute is one of its kind that to say that the only one in the country as well as amongst only a few in the world that offers a diploma course in the field of Life Guard. This also aims at improving the standards of the life guards in the country not only in their working but also in their job profile and responsibilities. This way we can bring the professionalism in this field too.
